What to eat during pregnancy?
12 Months Old
Ingredients
- 80g of Soft Rice
- 6g of Salmon
- Rounded Sesame seeds
- 3g of String Beans
How to cook
1. Grill the salmon and break it into small pieces.
2. Boil the beans and chop them into bite-sized pieces.
3. Mix (1) and (2) with soft rice, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Please check for allergies before feeding any of the ingredients used.
The age in months is a guide only; adjust as your child grows. Always supervise your child closely to avoid choking hazards.
