What to eat during pregnancy?
Food consumption during pregnancy is important as it affects both the mom's health as well as the wellbeing and development of the baby.
Due to pregnancy, mom's taste for food might change and start to have different cravings.

Recipes for Pregnant Women
12 Months Recipe

Ingredients (serve 2)
- 1 tablespoon of Grated Apple
- 2 tablespoon of Unsweetened Plain Yoghurt
- 1 Slice of Bread (cut into 8 slices)
How to cook
1. Cut the breadsticks, removing the ends, and lightly toast them.
2. Mix the apples with plain yogurt, then dip them in (1).
