What to eat during pregnancy?
Food consumption during pregnancy is important as it affects both the mom's health as well as the wellbeing and development of the baby.
Due to pregnancy, mom's taste for food might change and start to have different cravings.

Recipes for Pregnant Women
7 Months Recipe

Ingredients (serve 2)
- 20g of Apple
- 5g of Cottage Cheese
- 5g of Sweet Potato
How to cook
1. Grate the apple.
2. Boil the sweet potato and mash it.
3. Mix (1) and (2) together.
4. Finely chop the cottage cheese and mix it into the mixture.
