Calcium Recipe
Ingredients (serve 2)
- 4 tbsp (24g) whitebait
- 2 cherry tomatoes
- 150g cabbage
<A>
- 80 g plain yogurt
- 4 tsp ground white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp grated cheese
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- A pinch of salt
How to cook
1) Cut cabbage into 3cm long strips and cut cherry tomatoes in half.
2) Mix whitebait and <A> in a bowl, mix with cabbage, and sprinkle mini-tomatoes.
Notes:
A salad made with dried whitebait and yogurt that contains a lot of calcium.
