Notes:
"Okara yogurt", which is made by rehydrating okara powder with the water content of plain yogurt, can be expected to have an intestinal regulating effect due to the W effect of the dietary fiber of okara and the lactic acid bacteria of yogurt, and it is also attractive to be able to take in protein and calcium.
Use okara and yogurt to make pancakes that are moist, light and easy to eat. It is also recommended for breakfast!
